We begin the building process by discussing your needs, wants and dreams, and discovering what is important to you.
Once we have an idea of your project we will then provide you with a construction estimate which will give you an idea of the costs surrounding your project.
Once you’re happy with your cost estimate we can then proceed to the D.A process and council lodgement.
One of the most exciting steps of the build is the selection process. We can put you in contact with a colour consultant should you require the help with your interior and exterior colours, fixtures and finishes, to help reflect your unique style of needs and lifestyle.
Your selections have now been made and we send off all of the information for fixed price quotes based on your plans, specifications and selection. This will allow us to provide you with a fixed price quote where you will have a clear understanding of what you are getting for your budget.
Once your D.A has been approved we then set a start date to begin your build and talk to you about Home Owners Warranty.
We will then invite you to sign your HIA contract.
Once you have signed your contract, we will then invite you to pay a 10% deposit.
We will create a detailed work schedule to streamline your building process with outlined build time frames and your home will commence construction!
